I recently installed IE7 and went to a known safe website.

According to IE7 help, you should be able to go to 'tools, phishing filter,
report this site' and be able to choose whether a site is a phishing site or
it is NOT a phishing site. That does not happen- it appears that if you click
on 'report this site' you are telling microsoft to add another vote telling
everyone that the site is dangerous.

How do I tell microsoft that in my experience this site is not a phishing
    site?

OMG, yes! I have the same problem. It's reporting that some pages of my own
website are hishing websites! And tryign to fix this erroneous perception
I've probably sent even more phishing reports to MS!

Best i can tell is that the particual rpages thus flagged as phishing
include a Paypal button with an https link to the Paypal site. I sure as
heck it's not the actual link to Paypla that triggers the phishing filter. It
may be because my own page is not secure - but then I'm only providing an
outgoing link to Paypal. That should never trigger any security warnings.

    So it's a resounding BUG!

And a very nasty one at that, may cause headaches to webmasters with their
sites being wrongly flagged as phishing.
