IE9 and addons

Every time I open IE9 I get a box in the bottom asking me if I want to
disable some addons in order to speed up my IE9. I keep selecting "do not
disable" because I don't see and slowing down. However, nothing seems to
change: the next time I open IE9 there is the damned box again.

Can anyone please tell me how to rid myself of this nonsense other than by
switching to another browser? Thanks in advance for all help.

The only time I saw this was when I started IE while I had another
highly disc intensive application running. I think the pop up listed
the start up times for the addons and there was a box showing the total
time after which to ask. Can't you increase the time in that box so
that it's greater than the total start up times for the add ons?
