IE9 Keeps adding Favorites Bar Folders into my Favorites

    Running IE9.
    Everytime I go to a site IE9 adds an empty folder into my Favorites list called "Favorites Bar". There are hundreds of them now. I cannot delete them and cannot find out why this is happening. Ideas?
