I am trying to add narration to my movie whilst having background music. If
I add the music then I can't add the narration and if I add the narration the
    music won't download. Help!!!!

Movie maker only has one audio track...Movie Maker is a very basic movie
    editor.

You will need something like Audacity... It's free too and with it you
can import your musci on one track...then record your voice on another
track...then export them on one track so you can use in movie maker.

With audacity you can make the volum of the music go down lower while
    you are talking...

Errr......two audio tracks...if you count the
Audio track that displays the audio included
in the current video clip and the Audio/Music
    track.

And...if you wish to add additional audio...
you can save the movie file and reimport
it which will move all the audio to the Audio
track...then you can add additional audio
    to the Audio/Music track.
