I have two children that use MSN Messenger. With the
release of Messenger 6, users will be able to see other
users display pictures and custom backgrounds. How do I
protect my children from viewing inappropriate content.
Are there administrator tools that would allow me to
disable display pictures and backgrounds? I am aware of
the toggle to Display Pictures but, I'm looking for
something at the administrator level that users can not
    turn back on.

Can you see other users' backgrounds? I thought only the display pictures
    (which you can disable).
