I am trying to delete a program and all it's components but I keep getting the error message "You need permission of perform this action." I've look at the permissions for each group/user and one named "TrusedInstaller" has "Special Permissions. I can't edit the permissions for this user at all and none of the other users have access to "Special permissions". When I go into the Advanced Option for Security the box for "include inheritable permissions for this objects parents" is faded out and unclickable.

The program isn't listed in my Uninstall/Change a program list.

So what I want to know is how can I delete this program when I can't find a way to access the permissions necessary to do so.

The program has gotten very annoying. It pops up automatically every time I turn on my computer and even when I close the program my system still shows it as running in the background.
