Input Chinese using Windows 2000 Input Locales

    Hi,

    I have added Chinese (Simplified) - QuanPin and Chinese (Simplified) -
    ShuangPin to Input Locales. I managed to type chinese character in notepad,
    outlook express, but failed in msn messenger. Anybody can help?
