I have software that was bundled into an exe installer. When it installs on 64bit Vista it installs into the Program Files (x86) folder. This is an issue and the program does not work correctly because sensitive files are pointing to "Program Files" and not the x86 folder that are in the exe installer. This causes abnormal operation.

How can I force it to always install to the "Program Files" folder no matter 32 or 64 bit? Is there a better installer I can use?

I manually cut and pasted the installation folder to the "program files" directory and everything worked fine then.

    Thanks
