I create a simple testing VB Script file with the following line for
instantiating a legacy Win32 DLL COM server.
    Set obj=CreateObject(¡¥DLLFile.DLLClass¡¦)

The line is successful only if I execute the script with elevation (run as
    administrator).

I put the same line into an ASP file (not ASP.NET) and run it by Vista¡¦s
local IIS. When I try to test the page in a web browser, it fails. My
question is what should I do to make the same line successful in an ASP
    file?

    Thanks in advance.
