Internal email being detected as junk

Discussion in 'Windows Small Business Server' started by Andrew Mallette, Oct 10, 2006.

  1. I have one user in my SBS2003 Sp1 server with exchange 2003 sp2 domain
that constantly has other domain users email showing up in the junk
folder. I have checked everywhere i can think of to make sure that the
one user does not have our domain in a block list. I can not figure this
one out. No one else in the domain has this issue. Where should i check
to see where it is being detected as junk email for this user. I did not
think that internal email could be treated as junk to begin with.

  3. as started, perhaps you can most the contents of the email header (right
    click on email > options)

It maybe something as simple as having the user right click on the good
emails in the junk mail folder in outlook and adding the address back to the
    safe senders list.
