This "browser" is the worst thing Microsoft has put out since Windows ME.
Between it's being so slow to load anything, plug-ins not working and
preventing a link from opening, and the big secret as to where all your
preferences that were supposed to carry over from the upgrade-but, hell I
could not even locate the basic toolbar without frustration. It seems to me
that in trying to keep up with the competition, and stay ahead of the times,
Microsoft has once again done so at the expense of their consumers.
Moreover, it is as if Microsoft just is incapable of solid software
production, unless of course the software has been acquired by Microsoft in
some sort of buy-out or take over. For example, Virtual Pc-originally made
by Connectix, and the Xerox R&D that put Gates' Giant where it is today.
Microsoft's failure to provide software that is at least par, whether it is
due to their flagrant disregard for the millions that depend upon Microsoft
products in their everyday lives, or because the development teams are
    incompetent, is just unacceptable.

How in the world do you ever figure out how to drive a new car? Where did
they hide the spark control lever? What happened to the headlight dimmer
switch that was on the floor board next to the clutch pedal of my former
car? Where is the horn button that was previously located in the center of
the steering wheel? I really miss the three pedal on the floor. And, the
crowning discovery, I can't find a hole in the front to insert the crank so
that I can start the engine!!!!

    Yes, change is traumatic.

  4. Well said - and you are of course forced to drive that car and have no
other brands to choose among? I guess all people would accept this
upgrade if the changes were considered positive. I don't think you would
like the steering wheel hidden and the brake pedal in the right corner
    of the drivers compartment...
