Internet Explorer keeps crashing-non responsive message

    Help...
    My IE keeps giving me a non -responding message and has to close. My LAN is
    still working,I'm still signed into MSN.I have no idea if its my computer or
    my service provider's fault. I config at the command prompt and apparently
    all my 'packets' are lost(100%). I'm not computer literate so have no idea
    how to fix this or what to do. Any help is much much appreciated.

    Try logging on as another user. Try another machine.
