internet explorer7 (error when clicking on- takes me to save setti

    help? when i click on internet explorer...it takes me to a page to save
    settings....home page...search home...then save settings. won't allow me to
    save settings. search bar shows (runonce) won't let me sign into home page.
    keep getting pop ups (heal..ignore...sen to vault... etc. through my avg
    virus protection) Does anyone know how i can stop this? Thanks!
