Is it possible to run both VPC 2004 and VPC 2007 on the same host

I am currently running VPC 2007 SP1. From what I can tell, the oldest MS OS
it supports is Win98 SE, whereas VPC 2004 SP1 supports the older MS-DOS and
    Windows products.

My question is whether it is possible to also install VPC 2004 on my host PC
without interfering with my VPC 2007 installation.

I am using VPC 2007 here with older OS's back to DOS 6.22 running fine. I
don't think you need to install VPC 2004.

2007 can run older OSes, it's just not considered a supported
configuration, so Microsoft won't provide assistance with this

I believe you'll also need to keep the VM Addition from the old version,
although I can't speak to that, I've got all of my Legacy OSes on VMWare

Where can I find a download of the VM Addition for VPC 2004? I've read that
VPC 2004 was originally distributed on a CD, and the Additions were in a
folder on that CD. It appears that MS only has a download for VPC 2004 SP1,
and not a separate one for the Additions.

  7. You can download the full VPC app and extract, or get the additions
    from my website.

Yes you can. I do it all the time.
You have to install VPC2004 *after* VPC2007 though, because the
VPC2007 installer detects the VPC2004 being present and requires it to
    be unbinstalled first.
When you install VPC2004 make sure to select the Custom install so you
can change the install directory! You *must* use a different install
dir otherwise you will trash it.

Then you also have to manually create a shortcutr to VPC2004 because
the existing one will start VPC2007.

Finally, you cannot run both at the same time...
