We have 2 file servers that each hosting 400gb data, Mostly file types are
doc,xls and ppt. Both servers are also DC.

Is it possible to install 2 new servers and locate them in another site
"same domain" and use DFS/FRS to replicate this data. Bandwidth is 100mbit
with no firewall. Our diff backup take 5-10GB of changed data each day. Can
FRS fix this if not why ?

We would rather not use any third part application if possible.

I also heard that FSR will replicate data more efficent with release 2
"windows 2003 server, instead of replicate the hole file only changes will
be replicated. Anyone know about this ?????

FRS cannot handle this amount of data and definitely cannot handle 5-10gigs
    of file churn per day.
R2 for W2K3SP1 introduces a new FRS replication engine that replicates at
the block level. I haven't gone over the specs yet, but I suspect it can
    handle this.
