is there a Windows Service Pack 3 for idiotic guys?

    Hi I just installed Windows Service Pack 3 on my home PC, Now it is in a non
    stop booting cycle. It boots up as normal then gives me a few options like
    the boot in safe mode thing as well as a system restore thing which i did.
    but when it boots into windows it crashes then starts booting again. Would
    anyone be able to help this college idiot out?
