I have this happen with a few new installs with ISA2006 on SBS2003 > where
the firewall service does not start on startup and must be started manually.
This is not good when I am not in town, because a remote connection is not
possible when the firewall service has not started.

I have been trying to find the common name for this service to schedule a
start of this services using the schedule a few minutes after starup > or
looking for another idea. (the restart feature in the service properties
does not work on services that did not start in the first place)

Any suggestions. For me this is a somewhat common occurence on otherwise
    prestine, error-free installations of SBS2003 with ISA2006.

ISA 2006 is not supported for install on SBS 2003-better go back to ISA
    2004.
