When it tries to synch when uploading a number of emails, I get this error:

Unable to poll for new messages on your HTTP server. There is an error
synchronizing your mail account. Please verify your account has been
configured correctly by first accessing your mail on the web. Server:

So, how many emails did you try to move? Whatever <Adds> may be ... ;-)

    Probably over 20 ;)

But hitting Send/Receive doesn't always synch it for me after adding less
than that number before I can add more. What I've been doing is adding about
15 emails, unless they have attachments. If they have attachments I do fewer.
Then I try hitting Send/Receive a couple times or ctrl+m. If that doesn't
initiate the emails to upload I exit the program and reopen it, which usually
forces it to synch on me. Then once they are uploaded I do more.

Yes, I have seen the same behaviour when I tested the synchronization of
user-created folders. Sometimes it takes several Send/Receive to make
the actual synchronization happen. As long as no messages are lost, I
am not sure whether to call it a bug ...

whether it's intentional or not I'm not sure, but it is very annoying. The 20
message limit issue is a problem though. Once it comes up, you cannot
successfully perform a send/receive at all. The only way is to move the
emails back to a local folder so you have fewer than 20 new ones posted to
    the hotmail account.
