Not sure which was the best group, so posting to both.

Ive just tried reinstalling an sbs2003 server from scratch onto a new
harddrive, it goes through the inital setup fine. It then gets into windows
and runs the server setup where i use the default options (its a 2 NIC
system with 1 NIC disabled to start with) I install everything and it goes
through happily installing exchange etc. It gets to server tools and says
that its installing IE6.0 and sits there. Ive left it for about 3 hours and
all that happens is that the setup.exe is using around 1gb of ram. From the
bottom installtion progress bar i would say its about 80% through the server
    setup.

Im a bit stumped as to what this could be - any ideas would be great.

  2. Hello Adrian,

There is still a better group for SBS, because a lot is different from "normal"
    server:
    microsoft.public.windows.server.sbs

  4. Hello Adrian,

Crossposting is fine, because if you add all groups to one posting you can
any answer posted to the different groups. So i think you mean multiposting,
where you have to switch between all groups.

    Best regards
