there is a big problem after installing the latest Explorer Patch
    (822925, from 20.Aug.2003)

If you try to call a JS-function which exists in another frame of your
frameset (e.g. parent.anotherframe.myFunction) there will be a bug if
the function should open an URL.

My function should open a new window and display a different page
inside. If I call the function from another frame the message
"document not found" appears in the new window.
If I call the function from the same frame where the function is - it

This Bug only appears if you install the latest Patch!!!!
.... so please don't try to explain me how I have to write correct JS

    looking forward,
