KB Article 830092: W32Time frequently logs Event ID 50 and poor time synchroniza

    I am experiencing this problem, but the KB article 830092
    says the following:

    RESOLUTION
    To resolve this problem immediately, contact Microsoft
    Product Support Services to obtain the hotfix. For a
    complete list of Microsoft Product Support Services phone
    numbers and information about support costs, visit the
    following Microsoft Web site:
    http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=fh;
    [LN];CNTACTMS

    But this link doesn't lead to anything that can give me
    this hotfix except by paying 299 bucks.

    WHERE CAN I GET THIS HOTFIX?

    Hi,

    To get this hotfix you will have to call Microsoft.

    They will send it to you for free as long as you don't need anything else
    (e.g. technical support).
