    Sandra,
Download the "$NtUninstallKB912475$.zip" from the below link and extract the folder to
    C:\Windows. http://www.digitalforrest.com/images/killer7/myfiles/$NtUninstallKB912475$.zip

To extract the folder from the zip file requires a program Winzip. You can download it here:
http://www.winzip.com Just go there, download Winzip and install it. Don't worry about
buying it. You only need it once. After Winzip is installed, double-click the
"$NtUninstallKB912475$.zip" file you downloaded from the above link and expand the folder in it
    to the "C:\Windows" directory.
Now just let Windows Update install the BB913670 update again. It should install OK this time.

Thanks! Had to go the regedit route, but all OK.
I should have asked this first, a little bit late now - I already did it -
Is it OK to remove the files that the "unzip" placed in my Windows folder?
    Thanks,
    Radu
