KB973768 Fails to Install

    Need assistance.
    MS Security update KB973768 fails to install after downloading.
    I have tried manually and automatically installing.

    I am using Operating System: Windows XP Media Center Edition 2002 Service
    Pack 3.

    Here's a copy of the KB973768 log file:

    I have tried to update automatically and manually.
