    Dear all:

I was using XP desktop as host machine, a notebook as target
machine, using 1394 to debug. At the starting up, the debug message
gone well. When I did a stand by process(the
debug message gone well at this process), then resume from stand by,
the debug message disappeared. I never got any debug message after
first resume from stand by. Anybody knew about this ?

    Thanks

I have the exact same problem; when a laptop comes out of suspend the
firewire windbg connection is forever lost until a fresh boot. The only
work around I found is to use an old serial cable to debug after a
resume. Only problem is, new laptops have no serial port.

  3. But they do have PCMCIA slots and Socket makes a neat little serial card.
