The last synchronization date for our front end WSUS server is a year into
the future. Some quick testing was to be done with some other applications
but the time was not set back until the following morning. A scheduled sync
occured now the timestamp is a year into the future. Is that date in the
database, registry or a file. If it's in the database I'm not sure how I
    would edit that.

    Any help is appreciated.

  2. The sync logs are contained in the database, and automatically roll off the
end, based on age (most likely by row creation date).

There's no supported way to edit the sync logs (unless there's a facility in
the API to purge the sync log).
