When I click on a link to a word document in IE7, it opens the word document
within the IE Browser. How can I change this so it launches word as a new
    application?

I saaw one thread which recommends going to Tools > Folder Options, but I do
not see this option when I click on tools.

    Can anyone help?
    Thanks
    John
