The following QUESTION was posted to WINDOWS.VISTA.MAIL newsgroup but now
posted here as issue with WINDOWS LIVE MAIL (formerly HOTMAIL) service...
specifically, email servers embed encoding/header information in CONTENT of
email itself... but only when sending/receiving between HOTMAIL accounts.
See comments below for examples. Any idea as to how to remove this?
Something hotmail.com support has to address? ...Grant

Confirmed... problem occurs when sending NEW or REPLY emails to HOTMAIL
recipients... other ISP email addresses work fine... I will follow-up with
Hotmail support... thanks for your help... Grant

Ooops. Still the wrong place. Windows Live Mail is now the name of the
desktop email client. What used to be called, "MSN Hotmail" is now called,
"Windows Live Hotmail". I believe that the 'microsoft.public.msn.discussion'
forum on these servers is still the best, most appropriate forum for any
    discussions pertaining to "Hotmail".

I have replied to your original post in the 'windows.vista.mail' newsgroup.
But I can't replicate your original problem. Hotmail to Hotmail email that I
have sent does not show header lines in the message body.
