local groups vs. domain local groups

    I am in the process of performing a file server migration from a Windows 2000
    server to a Windows 2003 server. The majority of the file shares are
    configured to use local groups which contain global groups for access. I
    would like to find an automated way to replace those local groups with domain
    local groups before copying the data to the new file server.
