    | The feature that you're probably looking for is called "journaling",
    | and is popular in the enterprise crowd when you talk about HIPPA,
    | Sarbanes-Oxley, or SEC regulations. There are a number of applications
    | that deal specifically with meeting these needs... e.g. KVS Enterprise
    | Vault.
    |
    | If you're running SBS 2003 and using Exchange 2003, you probably should
    | give the following links a read...
    |
    |
    http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/exchange/2003/library/journalin
    g.mspx

    aling.html
    |
    | There's quite a bit of information on the subject, and you can use this
    | as a starting point to ask questions. Just based on what you've said
    | here, message-only journaling sounds like it will meet your needs, but
    | again take a look at the link.
