Manually adding to favorites

    I don't know how manual you want to get(Drag-and-Drop manual, or
    create-from-scratch manual)?

    Drag-and-Drop Method:

    Pin the Favorites Center and then drag-and-drop the icon in the address bar
    to the Folder of your choice in the Favorites Center.

    Create-from-scratch Method:

    1. Open Notepad
    2. Create a URL file in the form of

    [InternetShortcut]
    URL=http://www.google.com

    3. Save URL file you created to the Favorites folder with a .url file
    extension

  4. I presume that by "manually" you mean you want to type in an address by hand, because saving an open URL is so easy.

    Just save any random page
    then right click the new entry and RENAME it
    right click again and use PROPERTIES to change the URL.
