Wow! Finally someone with the same problem as me. I, too,
have been having difficulty playing "professional" DVD's
with MCE, but am able to play my home spun DVD's with no
problem using MCE and can play any DVD's using MYDVD or
any other DVD software on my computer. Using MCE I get as
far as the main menu, but when I press "play," I get the
standard MCE error menu (i.e. resume, restart).
Unfortunately, even after posting several inquiries, I
have yet to find the answer. I, too, will be watching for
a response that can help us both. Good luck.

    Yuppii !

I rersolved the problem.. Please search the database for this error.. There is a gentlemen gives a solution.. This is related with the regisrty editing and make a Prefered MPEG2 Player for MCE.. So Error comes becasue we all installed different types of MPEG2 decoders in our MCE..So MCE does not like the second MPEG IF ONLY IF there is no any setup lines in the registry so in order that you want to correct MCE you must find this related mails and add two lines to the reveleant part of the windows registry...
