media player error mesage-error#coodofac

    this error message # was created by microsoft when i tried
    to playhabitrols stop smoking cd. micrsoft does not list
    this error code in their help sheets. this is an audio cd
    i do not no what format. or whether media player supports
    this format. anybody know what this error code means?

    That error code means that the CD is unreadable as it currently stands.
    Does it work in other CD drives or in a different computer?
