I am working between two computers (both Windows XP - Internet Explorer 7).
I would like to merge my two favorites bookmarks into one and have this new
    merge on each computer.
Would you please advise how I should go about it.
    Many Thanks.

Thanks PA Bear for your prompt reply.

I have clicked on "File, Import and export,.... Import Favorites...Import
from a file..." but when I search for my "Favorite" folder the following
comes as Default "C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\My Documents\Bookmark" but
no "htm" file there so I change it to "C:\Documents and
Settings\Owner\Favorites" but it cannot find anything to import in that
Favorite folder (all my various folders from Favorite are displayed but
nothing that seems to be able to be imported. think the computer is searching
for Bookmark.htm as it is displayed on the screen but no such file. There
are all my favorites displayed as folders but nothing like *.htm. Would you
be kind enough to advise where I am going wrong? I hope i have not confused
you too much so far! Thank you in advance.

    Regards

You have to Export before you Import.
Export to bookmark.htm and Import that file.

  5. First export your Favorites from Machine A, which saves them as
    bookmark.htm.

Now place a copy of bookmark.htm on the desktop of Machine B, then point the
Import wizard to the desktop file.

Just copy the contents of the Favorites folder from one computer to the next.

To open the Favorites folder, paste the following into the Run box:

    "%UserProfile%\Favorites\"
