Message # 80040154 as well but there is a twist.

  1. I am using Windows Media Player9 in Win 98SE
I played a music video d/ld free from a legal site. Type asf
Played perfect before. Recieved the "Class not registered" message but found if I reinstalled WMP9, thinking that was the problem it was still there and would magically play again. makes no sense. Currently receiving that message again.

  2. Could you provide this site and if the file plays in mplayer2?
