    Help.

I recently missed an important email as it was grouped together with an
email from the same sender with the same title. I don;t think they were
grouped because of the sender, but because of the title.

I have gone through HELP and cannot seem to see a solution.

Can anyone advise on how to disable this action? I need my emails to
    be visible one by one.

My wife noticed a small "+" sign beside an email and clicked on it and
this unread days old email appeared!!!

    HELP!!

    alandsuse,
Click on message folder> View> Current View> Uncheck "Group by Conversation".
Then check other folders and make sure that these too have the same setting for
Current View. You may only need to do this once to change all message folders'
view, but it won't harm anything if you check the other folders for this change.
