When I log on to the Internet and I'm trying to go to
different sites, the following message pops up and locks
my computer up. I have to hit Control Alt Delete and it
takes me completely out of windows.

    Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

    Runtime Error!

    Program C:\Windows\Explorer.Exe

When I try to reload windows, I get the following message:

A fatal exception OE has occurred at 0177:BFF9DBA7

This is so annoying. I can't get on the internet without
    this happening.

This error is often associated with spy|ad|malware. Advise you to do an
    online scan here :

    Do You Have Parasites?

To learn how to combat " parasites " look here :

Dealing with Unwanted Spyware and Parasites
It is possible that the OE error message is also associated with
"parasites", but may be driver related. Have a look here for an
explanation of 0E error messages :

    Fatal Exception 0E

  3. I have the same problem and cannot figure it out. I spent like 3 hours online with supoport which did not help. If by chance you find out how to fix the problem, please email me with it. Thanks.
