We are due to replace our domain controller with a new server and I need
advice on how to do this.

The current DC is running the following services :

    DHCP
    DNS

this also hosts the user profiles and userdata area.

There are print queues on this server, although I am setting most printers
to direct IP printing apart from two colour laser printers (for obvious
    reasons).

We also have a number of shares and I will have to migrate these manually.

Are there any easy ways of replicating the server as I want to keep the name
of the DC the same and make sure all the roles are transfered ?

    Any help is appreciated.

    Many thanks
