Migrating data from BDC into new domain

I have migrated an NT4 domain to 2003(1 Domain) mixed mode.

I currently have several NT4 BDC's at different sites.

I want to build a 2003 DC at each BDC site that will be a
new child domain. (I do not want to upgrade the existing
BDC) I need to migrate the existing data from the BDC to
    the child DC.

Since this data is being moved to a new domain, how do I
preserve NTFS permissions? Are there any migration tools
    specific to these needs?

    Hi TS,

    Thank you for posting!

You can use the Active Directory Migration Tool (ADMT) to migrate users,
groups, and computers from one domain to another, and to analyze the
migration impact before and after the actual migration process. ADMT can
install and run from any uplevel member of either the source or target
domain (Windows 2000, Windows Server 2003, or Microsoft Windows XP).
However, the simplest configuration is to install and run ADMT on a domain
    controller in the target forest.

For additional information about how to setup AD<T for a Windows NT 4.0 to
Windows Server 2003 Migration, you can visit the article below in Microsoft
    Knowledge base:

325851 How To Set Up ADMT for a Windows NT 4.0-to-Windows Server 2003
    Migration

I hope it will be helpful.

    Have a nice day!

    Thanks & Regards,
