Minesweeper, Bejeweled, Checkers, Solitaire Showdown

    I am very displeased with the number of response by MSN
    Techs on the issue of Zone.com games not working for
    numerous MSN Messenger v6.0 users. The only suggestion I
    have received is whether or not you or your buddy has any
    uppercase letters in their passwords. Can we PLEASE get
    some help here? Once again, I receive the error
    message: Messenger is unable to start (game name).
    PLEASE HELP!
