    Hi
I am trying to play a .wav file which has been encoded with a Fraunhofer IIs
MPEG-2 AAC codec 180. I can't find this anywhere to download. Can anybody
help with a download sorce for this codec.

How would it be smart or sane to install that? What exactly is it going to
do here? Are you hoping that it magically accidentally solves the problem
and that it doesn't malware... ?

Thank you again for your replies, I will look at your site as suggested.
I'm sorry that this question has been posted twice but this was due to a
    verification email problem.

    Thanks Frank
