I was having install/update problems so I ran the system readinesss check. It is telling me that:
    (f) CBS Watchlist Component Missing 0x80070002 amd64_bthmtpenum.inf_31bf3856ad364e35_0.0.0.0_none_7ff053f99479855b Microsoft-Windows-WPD7IP-SKU-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~7.0.6002.18112.bthmtpenum Package registry presence failed, possibly an orphaned package on package watchlist
    (f) CBS Watchlist Component Missing 0x80070002 amd64_wpdfs.inf_31bf3856ad364e35_0.0.0.0_none_a5e566b2d3236f6d Microsoft-Windows-WPD7IP-SKU-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~7.0.6002.18112.wpdfs Package registry presence failed, possibly an orphaned package on package watchlist

    along with

    Unavailable repair files:
    winsxs\manifests\amd64_microsoft-windows-w..pdate-adm.resources_31bf3856ad364e35_7.4.7600.226_en-us_f4c35bd02d22697e.manifest

now the big problem is that my last good install disk is soooo far back that I really can''t uninstall back to that point. Of course my last recovery disk is, of course, having the same problems.
How can I get these missing manifest files? Can I copy them from someone eles running 64 bit vista? Is there another source??

    Thanks!
