    Hi All,

I have noticed a problem on our SBS 2003 box whereby some emails are missing
from a Shared Mailbox. These are visible from OWA but not in Outlook. Any
    ideas?

    Thanks,
    Nick

Nope, no filters set. This is happening on all machines, for all users!

  4. What happens if you temporarily disable Exchange Cached Mode on one of the
    workstations?

Yep, that seems to be the problem, all those missing emails are flagged as
Private. Thanks Merv. Next question is what can we do to make Private
emails on shared mailboxes visible to the users?

  8. Maybe some help here...

In Microsoft Outlook, if I've delegated viewing privileges, how do I keep
    email messages private?
