Everytime Windows Vista Home Premium starts up I receive this error message:
    "Error in C:\Windows\system32\spool\DRIVERS\W32X86\3\LXCFtime.dll
    Missing entry: RunDLLEntry"
Can anyone please help me with this?

For those of you who come across this result when Googling this erro
code, I have found the solution after several reinstalls of the Lexmar
printer software. The problem is with this software's behavior at STAR
UP, which should be the clue to find exactly where it is being starte
up. As I keep my Start-Up list edited very tightly in Window
Defender>Options>Software Explorer>Startup Items, allowing only th
Microsoft entries, I had to look in those and found the very DLL entr
it was referring to. Simply highlight each entry in succesion and rea
the full description in the righthand reading pane, until you find thi
rundll, then Remove it and the error code will not repeat. No effec
will be seen on your Lexmark because it is simply keeping its softwar
from starting up with the computer (an unnecessary resource hog) and ha
nothing to do with the software starting when you actually want t

You cannot replicate this in Run>MsConfig>Start-up because the MS dll'
are not detailed there for editing. As always, the best interface an
control panel for your start-up items is Windows Defender's Softwar
Explorer so you should install it if only for that, tho its Real Tim
protection also has zero footprint and functions fully in the backgroun
until you try to download a threat

This was the best advice in dealing with this issue!! Thanks for helping me
get rid of that error message, and for also helping me get my startup to be a
lot faster, using the Windows Defender. THANKS!!!!

if any one went through the process and hit a road block like ...alandsuse...and myself...i found a probably fix....do everything that gregrocker said and then..... In order to disable or remove you have to select show for all users, i noticed this because the very first item in my list was (name) dell dock then looking through the full discription to right on Start up type:______ this said user profile, I clicked the bottom left button that said show for all users....then I was able to disable or remove any one of them.
