Missing IE7 beta 2 uninstall folder/files

I went to uninstall beta 2 in order to update with beta 3.........found the
listing in Add/Remove and ran it. It went through part of the uninstall
process and then stopped because the $uninstallIEbeta2$ (or similar) folder
was missing. Needless to say, beta 2 seems to have a few problems now, and of
    course, I can't install beta 3.
I read in an earlier post that someone supplied the uninstall files for
    download, and it worked.
Does anyone know of a link, or somewhere I can get this missing folder/files
to remove beta 2??..........or any other ideas?
    Thanks very much....

Not an option I really want to do........a major pain with all the data,
    programs, and customizing.
I read that there were other options. Hopefully, someone can refresh my
    memory.

  5. They always take the easy way out and want you to reinstall Windows.

Copy a uninstall folder from a different computer and then run spuninst.

That's what I'd like to try, but don't have another one to copy as yet. A
previous post had a link to an uninstall folder, but it's no longer
available. Hopefully, someone knows of a solution or source. It seems a fair
number of beta 2 users have a similar problem.
    Thanks...
