Most Outlook 2003 users can share their Exchange SBS calendars but some cannot - Why?

We just installed SBS 2003, which has about 10 users running Outlook 2003 on
both WinXP and Win2K workstations. Both SMTP and Exchange email systems work
just fine. All users want to share their calendars, but three cannot. The
'share' choice is greyed out. All users are able to view the calendars of
others where sharing can be set.

We think all workstations are set up the same, and we have looked high and
low for any differences, but for the life of us, we cannot get those three
to share. We've also looked at the suggestions in the 'Help' section, but so
far no luck. It seems we are overlooking something but don't know what. Any
    suggests?

    Thanks.

I have had this same experience--though all workstations, appear to be setup
similarly, some workstations will share calendars and others won't; very
frustrating. I have been able to solve the problem by giving full Exchange
permissions AND Delegate authority on all grayed-out workstations to the
users who cannot otherwise see the calendars. On a couple of them, I had to
give full, owner permissions to the entire Mailboxes of the grayed-out
    users.

  3. By any chance is any of these 'failing' profiles using a PST file in the
    profile for delivery?
