Moved from Mixed mode to Win2k3 AD mode - only domain admins can add computers to domain!!!!

    We had several people set up with the ability to add computers to the
    domain - we recently upgraded our domain from mixed mode to Win2K3 mode,
    and now only domain admins can add computers to the domain!! I have checked
    the Effective permissions on the Computers OU, and the users/group have the
    ability to create computer objects, but it keeps giviing Access denied!!

    Any ideas??

    Check the user rights assignment which dictates who's allowed to add
    computers to the domain. Check the default domain controllers policy for
    this right.

    Unprivileged users can add no more than 10 workstations to the domain.
