Moving old child domain to a new Server with old domain controlle

    I have a old server which is the main domain controller and have a few child
    domain join to it. I would like to move this old main domain controller to
    the new server with all current child domain info intact, how to I do
    that???All are in w2k03 standard edition OS??? Pls help.
