Are there any articles that would allow me to have some information so that
I can move it from Windows 2000 server domain controller to Windows Server
    2003 domain controller.

Before, I say I want to move it, I have to provide and be cautious as there
    are some additional details:

    Existing Infrastructure:

Schema Owner & Domain Role Owner are on my ROOT2 DNS server (Which is
    Windows 2000 DNS servers)
Infrastructure Owner is on Exchange Server (Windows 2000 Server)

My new Windows Server 2003 Domain controller has the PDC role and RID

    Planned Infrastructure:

One Win2K3 Domain Controller is already in place which has PDC and RID
    Manager on it.
I am going to add a second DC to the existing DC to act as a fault tolerance
DC and want to make sure that those other roles are transferred to either
the first DC or the new DC which I am building.

Architects and Techies, I value your input.

There are a couple of ways to do this: via the various MMCs or using a
wonderful tool called ntdsutil. Here are two links for you - in addition to
the link that Jorge provided you:

Just be careful in that there are two actions that you can perform with
ntdsutil: seize and transfer. We want 'transfer'.
