[MSH] Alias for Help missing from Get-Help and Get-Alias

    I'm just curious about the internals of the Help alias, specifically why it
    doesn't show up in get-alias or the alias: provider.

    Nevermind, I found it in the functions:

    MSH C:\Tmp> gci function:\help

    CommandType Name Definition
    ----------- ---- ----------
    Function help get-help $args[0] | out-host...
