    Hi All,
Up til last night i had zero problems with MSN messenger - and if i ever
did a reinstall fixed problems. I suspect its more of a win2k3 issue than
MSN since i only had problems since either trying to use the latest AIM
beta or fastfolders (what a piece of ****).
Anyways, Im using v7.0.0183 - it was working fine til last night. Now
whenever i launch it, it will get the initial screen and sit there
happily til i move my cursor and attempt to click on Signin.CPU usage
goes up and hits 100% - service csrss.exe seems to the one doing all the
work at that point. At that point not only does MSN "hang" the rest of my
screen goes into very slooow mode.Mouse works fine.Just everything works
so slow for a few mins or until i ctrl alt del and close off MSN.

Have tried disable tsrs, reinstalled flash, shockwave (not that thats
likely to help),reinstall MSN number of times (is there an option to
install into another folder??),not using any MSN patches etc, rebooting
    PC.
    Any ideas?
Like i said i suspect windows more than MSN but i thought i'd try this
    before doing anything drastic.
    thanks for any advice
    Nigel.

After 3hours i solved my own problem.I dont know how changing from
menushowdelay=0 to 1 did it.But it fixed my slow menu response and MSN
works fine now. Problem was from Fastfolder setting the delay to 0 in the
    first place. Geez...
